Privacy Policy

ArchiveBridge digitizes paper records onsite for practices in the Los Angeles area. This policy explains what we do with the limited information we collect. It is a summary, not a substitute for the signed agreements we execute before any engagement.

Records we process

Documents we scan never leave your office. Processing runs in HIPAA-compliant AWS infrastructure under a Business Associate Agreement. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain no copies of your records. Cloud storage is wiped within 24 hours of delivery. We keep only an audit log of page counts and timestamps, which contains no PHI or client data.

Quote form information

Information you submit through the quote form (name, practice or firm, email, phone, software, archive size, timing, and notes) is used only to prepare and discuss your quote. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
